1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies published on pk92.bio:

• "pk92", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to pk92.bio and its operating entity, including all gaming, betting, payment, and support services offered therein.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by pk92.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on pk92.bio, associated with a unique username, password, and verified identity.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used for all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on pk92.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free spins value, or non-withdrawable balance awarded to a Player's account as part of a pk92 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method that are available for wagering and withdrawal, separate from any Bonus Funds.
• "Services" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slot machines, promotional activities, and any other features accessible through pk92.bio.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pk92.bio, creating an account, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with pk92's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using pk92.bio and all associated Services. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3. Eligibility

To register and use pk92's Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk92 operates a strict 21+ age policy across all Services. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on pk92.
• You must register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of pk92.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on pk92 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or during active use of the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing pk92. It is your sole responsibility to determine and comply with the laws applicable to you.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access pk92's full range of Services, Players must complete the registration process at pk92.bio. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number.

pk92 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with international gaming regulatory standards. As part of KYC, Players may be required to submit copies of their Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and payment method verification documents. pk92 processes all such documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your pk92 account username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Immediately notifying pk92 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that your account details, including contact information and payment methods, remain current and accurate at all times.

pk92 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. pk92 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend existing accounts at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

pk92 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, Visa/Mastercard credit cards, and USDT (TRC-20). pk92 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposit methods must be registered in the Player's own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your pk92 account. These limits are subject to change without prior notice, though pk92 will endeavour to communicate material changes through in-platform notifications.

pk92 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit method before funds are made available for wagering. Where a deposit is flagged for review, the relevant funds will be held in a pending state until the review is completed. pk92 will not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at pk92 are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, provided that all applicable wagering requirements on associated Bonus Funds have been satisfied.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per method, as displayed within your pk92 account at the time of request.
• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts are not eligible to withdraw funds.
• pk92 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusual in size, frequency, or pattern before processing is approved.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during pk92's standard processing hours are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• pk92 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any charges imposed by the receiving financial institution are the Player's responsibility.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pk92 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket fixtures such as PSL and international tournaments. All promotions are governed by these General Terms & Conditions in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.

The following general bonus rules apply to all pk92 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players once only per household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain at expiry will be forfeited.
• pk92 reserves the right to determine the games and betting markets that contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• pk92 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, hedging across markets using Bonus Funds, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have their Bonus Funds voided and may face permanent account suspension.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk92 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game, as published within the respective section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these General Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

With respect to sports betting on pk92, the following general principles apply:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format by default and reflect the prices available at the time the bet is accepted. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance.
• pk92 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including but not limited to bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical or human error.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time by pk92 at its discretion, particularly around match interruptions, injury stoppages, or data feed failures.
• Results for settlement purposes are determined by official governing body results (for cricket: the Pakistan Cricket Board, the International Cricket Council, and relevant bilateral series boards). In-game statistics from pk92's data provider are used for player and innings markets.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted by pk92 without prior notice.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical game equipment operated by pk92's licensed studio partners.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk92 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on pk92, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with pk92's platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation in connection with bets placed on pk92.
• Collusion with other players in casino games, including signalling, chip dumping, or coordinated strategy in live dealer games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or unintended platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void and must be returned.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime as defined under applicable Pakistani and international law.
• Accessing pk92 while registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register applicable to the platform.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any other compliance process required by pk92.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk92 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your pk92 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further wagers can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from pk92 ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account is suspended and no deposits or wagers are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from pk92. Self-exclusion is activated immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.

pk92 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where signs of problem gambling behaviour are identified, including but not limited to escalating deposit patterns, chasing losses, or player-reported distress. Such restrictions may be applied without prior notice where player welfare is a concern.

11. Intellectual Property

All content published on pk92.bio, including but not limited to the pk92 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pk92 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pk92.bio solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk92 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pk92's platform or content.
• Use pk92's brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could create confusion, imply endorsement, or misrepresent any affiliation with pk92.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the pk92 platform.

Any unauthorised use of pk92's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk92 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even where pk92 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk92 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times.
• Any specific game outcome, sports result, or financial return will be achieved by any Player.
• The platform is free from technical errors, data inaccuracies, or third-party service disruptions beyond pk92's reasonable control.

pk92's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Termination

pk92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Identification of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player against a pk92 transaction.
• Closure of an account at the Player's own request.

Upon termination for cause, pk92 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, to withhold Real Money Balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination occurs without cause at pk92's initiative, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pk92 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds, which will be forfeited upon closure.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pk92 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — pk92 will provide advance notice through in-platform notifications or email communication to the address registered on your account.

The effective date of any revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of pk92 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pk92 and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 13.

pk92 recommends that Players review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates that may affect their use of the platform.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk92's international gaming licence. Players accessing pk92 from Pakistan acknowledge that they are doing so voluntarily and that it is their responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pk92, the following resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Players should first contact pk92 support directly to seek informal resolution of any dispute. pk92 is committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly at the first point of contact.
2. Formal Complaint: Where informal resolution is not achieved, Players may submit a formal written complaint to pk92 at the contact details published on pk92.bio. pk92 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
3. Escalation: Where a formal complaint remains unresolved to the Player's satisfaction, the matter may be escalated to pk92's relevant licensing regulatory authority for independent adjudication.

No legal proceedings in any jurisdiction shall be commenced against pk92 until the above dispute resolution process has been fully exhausted. This provision does not limit any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation.
